How easy is it to connect with SpinTel?

Connecting to SpinTel is easy. Simply choose your plan and we will inform you when your service will be activated. We will notify you by email and SMS when your service has been activated.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can choose to upgrade your plan at any time and it’s free of charge. Simply log into My Account, our 24-hour customer service portal, and with a few clicks you can upgrade your plan or change it to a bundle.

Am I under contract?

No, none of our business VoIP phone plans lock you in to a long term contract so you can enjoy our great service month to month, without feeling locked in.

Can I bundle my business VoIP with a broadband service?

Absolutely, if you want to bundle your VoIP phone with a broadband service, give us a call on 13 22 10 and we’ll be able to add a broadband service.

Does SpinTel charge a flagfall?

The good news, we don’t charge flagfall on any of our VoIP plans.

What is flagfall?

It’s a fixed fee of around 39 cents for any timed call made from your business phone.
