  • Prices stated above are for the first service only.
  • If you select a "New Phone Connection" on your application, we will contact you if the installation will attract a fee above $59.
  • Should a technician be required, we will contact you to advise of the appointment time.
  • Additional service charges (for each additional service connected at the same time, premises and customer) are as follows - Inplace: $59, Reconnect: $75.50, New: $179.
  • Additional charges may apply for items such as: cabling past the main distribution frame (MDF) or first socket where no MDF exists; trenching; or more difficult installations.

How long does a new phone connection take to activate?

Depending on whether a technician is required, most new phone activations take between 2-5 business days. Once your order is submitted, we will inform you of the expected activation date.

How will I know which connection option applies to me?

Our customer service team will be able to identify what new phone connection type applies to your premises.

Do I need to be at home when my new phone connection is being activated?

Unless a technician visit is required, you won’t need to be home. We will simply connect your line remotely and advise you by email and SMS once completed.

Am I under contract?

No, you can enjoy our phone service month-to-month, without feeling locked in, unless you’ve signed up to Broadband bundle on a 12 or 24 month contract.
