All of our broadband and nbn hardware arrives preconfigured, and there is no need for you to configure your own hardware to connect to us.

What if I supplied my own hardware?

We can only provide limited support for devices that we did not sell. When you're connected we'll send you the details you need to get connected, however you had best consult your manual for setup instructions.
