Important: Your modem or router must be fiber-ready for use with the type of NBN service in your address. If unsure, please check the technical specifications in the manual, manufacturer's website or call modem manufacturer for assistance.
Note: The link provided in every modem model differs what type of hardware version per device.
If setup failed you may do the following below:
a. Call modem manufacturer for assistance of modem service compatibility and setup.
b. You may call SpinTel technical support for further assistance or purchase SpinTel modem.
To access modem gateway enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of a web browser. Use admin for both username and password field and click Login.
Next page will let you personalized you WiFi credentials. Once done, a confirmation page will show if setup is successful and reboot the modem.
2. Do Manual Setup
Enter necessary details (i.e. WAN Connection Type, Username/password) and click Connect. Once Connected, click Save.
1. Follow Quick Setup
After Time Zone has been selected, select PPPOE.
Personalized you WiFi credentials and click on Save button. A confirmation page will show for a successful setup. Don't forget to reboot the modem for successful set up.
To access modem gateway enter http://www.routerlogin.com in the address bar of a web browser. Use admin for username field and password in the password field then click Login.
