Business Bundle Setup FAQ

What is BizCare ?

As each business setup is different, our business customers will receive a priority service, free of charge. After placing your order, someone from our BizCare team will contact you to further discuss your requirements, walk you through our installation process, and ensure minimal downtime.

As we use a range of technologies and services to deliver you the best service, our installation processes may vary from product to product.

How long does my ADSL2+ Bundle activation take?

What happens next depends on whether or not you already have a phone connected. If you already have a phone connected we can begin ordering your broadband straight away, however, if you do not yet have a phone connected, we must connect it before we order your broadband.

How long does my NBN Bundle activation take?

What happens next depends on whether or not you already have an NTD installed. If you already have an NTD installed we can begin ordering your NBN straight away, however, if you do not yet have one installed, we must book a technician for your installation.

* Phone install times depend on available infrastructure. Most connections take 1-3 business days, if you are connecting a phone line for the first time, or there is no sufficient infrastructure, phone connections take up to 5-10 working days.

How will you let me know my order is completed?

We want you to be able to order your service from the moment it's installed. As soon as we receive word that your connection has been finalised we'll let you know via Email and SMS. Because your phone and broadband orders will complete on different days, we'll let you know when each one is finalised.

What are the phone connection costs?

There are a few different scenarios when it comes to connecting your phone, each takes a differnt time to activate, and has its own charges. The table below describes each method of phone activation supported by SpinTel, if you know that you need a new phone line it's best to let us know when you sign up so that we can expedite the process.

I'm not sure which connection applies, will you let me know if it costs more?

If you order a new phone connection you will have the option to receive a call if the connection will cost more than $59. All prices on this page include GST. Additional charges may apply for items such as: cabling past the main distribution frame (MDF) or first socket where no MDF exists; trenching; or more difficult installations. Your technician will discuss these with you during your appointment.
