Wrong Number

When the line has a working dial tone, however the telephone number being transmitted is incorrect.

  1. These troubleshooting steps should be undertaken in order to resolve the issue:
  2. Check for a clear dial tone.
  3. Perform a CLI check, this requires you to make an outbound call to confirm the telephone number going to your premises. Please dial and record the results of the following test numbers.
  4. 127 22 123:
  5. 1800 652 456:
  6. Please repeat Step 2 testing on all available telephone sockets.
  7. Once the results have been gathered, please contact Technical Support on 1300 303 375 so that this matter can be investigated further.
