Note: Your My Account Password will be your Webmail Password at the same time. Therefore any changes on your My Account Username/Password will be linked to your Webmail credentials.
1. Visit spintel.net.au
2. Click My Account on the top right.
3. Click Password
4. Enter your username then click the CAPTCHA box and hit the Submit button.
5. You will receive an email and SMS with a link to click to enter your new password, click the CAPTCHA box and hit the Submit button.
6. Go to SpinTel Webmail and you'll then be able to login to your account.
