Adding Admin/Basic Users

Scenario


  • Customer requests another person to be added e.g. wife/husband/son/daughter
  • Customer requests a new email account to be added
  • Customer delegates somebody to manage the account

Two (2) Types of Users on the Account


Basic User - this user is added for the purpose of having an email address. This person does not have any rights (i.e change plans, change payment details, add additional service) to the account even if they are able to verify account details. This person is just like any other unauthorised callers.

Admin/Account Moderator - this person has the same rights as the Account Holder.

What to do


  1.  Make sure customer agreed and understand the two types of users.
