Merging/Unmerging Of Accounts

Scenario


  • Customer requests to have a separate bill for different services with SpinTel
  • Customer has multiple accounts at different addresses
  • Customer has multiple services and requests to have a different account number for a specific service

What to do


For account merger:

  • Ensure account names are identical
  • Ensure billing runs are identical
  • Create a ticket for the Credits Team to merge
  • Indicate which account will be kept active

For requests to separate a service from an account, create a ticket to Credits team so that a separate account will be created for the service with a different account number.
