Simply follow the steps below to update a payment method through Station:
Click View Biller from the Overview menu in Station.
Select New Method from the Payment Method menu.
You will now be directed to our New Payment Method page which will allow you to update the customer's payment details to either Credit Card or Direct Debit.
Note: This only applies if the customer is trying to make a payment using a credit card.
Click Invoices from the left side corner in Station.
Click on Manual Payment.
You will now be directed to enter the amount to be paid and the credit card to be used.
