Manual Payment Arrival Timeframes By Method

Be advised we no longer offer manual payments for Account, Bpay and Cheque - These payment methods apply to older account prior 2010

 

Account

  • If a payment is made today and before 6pm then this payment will show on our statements the next working day. (24hrs)
  • If a payment is made today and after 6pm then this payment will show on our statements in two working days. (48hrs)

BPAY

  • If customer made a BPAY today before 4pm then the payment will show the next working day. (24hrs)

  • If customer made a BPAY today after 4pm then the payment will show in two working days.(48hrs)

Cheque

  • If customer sent us a cheque then it can take anywhere from 2-7days.

     

Credit Card

  • If customer paid by Credit Card then we get this straight away.

 

Please note:

Customers with suspended services cannot be unsuspended until their payment has been received, if a customer is inquiring about a missing payment please ensure the payment is outside of the time-frame above before attempting to locate the payment.
