Adding New Service To Existing Account

This article will guide you on how to place an order on our website to an existing account.  Please note that we are only to use this for fully trained CRDs during the following scenario:
  • Mobile Upsell
  • Outside of Sales business hours and over the weekend

Mobile Upsell


Important: Always start the signup inside customer's account in Station to make sure that after submitting the order the service goes directly to the correct account.

1. In Station, click the Website Button - this will direct you to SpinTel website

 

2. Click mobile and select a plan then, click on Buy Now

3. Enter the email address on the account as shown below and click Proceed to New Checkout.

4. Secure Check out page will display. Enter the necessary details per step provided as shown below.

   

    

 Once the order has been submitted an order confirmation will show and email will be sent to the customer.

NBN Upgrade


1. Click on the Service ID of the ADSL Service


2. Click on New Work-Type


3. Click on NBN Upgrade


4. Choose the Active Phone bundled with the ADSL from the drop-down then click on Add Service button


5. Enter order details and click on Complete to create the order
