Existing customers call frequently to add and remove services. Luckily its a quick and easy to do so.
First, make sure the customer does not owe SpinTel any monies or that their file has been sent to a collections agency (EG: Dun and Bradstreet)
If it looks like the above, please make sure the customer finalises payments before signing up a new service. Once finalised, email credit so they can advise the relevant external bodies that the outstanding debt has been paid.
Once your in the customers main overview station screen simply click on the Sign Ups Button highlighted in orange below
This will take you to the SpinTel website and once you sign up on the service the customer wants, it will direct you to the sign up form logged in as the customer highlighted in red below
Follow the sign up steps to complete the order
At the final sign up page be sure to confirm and recap all details
Do not leave comments in the comments field as this is for customers to leave notes and a copy of notes are sent to the customer upon sign up.
