  • Customer enquires about the remainder of the contract

What to do


  1. Hover your cursor to the lock icon (see figure below).
  2. Alternatively, you can click the service ID and then click on 'Contract'.
  3. If customer disputes the remainder of the contract and claims it should have ended already, check the event logs for previous plan changes with associated contract.
