International Roaming Activation

Scenario


  • Customer is going abroad
  • Wants to use same service while in another country

What to do


  1. International Roaming can now be activated by customers via My Account, if they have access walk them through and let them activate the International roaming and advise to read and understand the terms prior to activating as shown below.



     
    If they insist to do it over the phone, go to step 2.
  2. Play the terms for the feature (#19 - transcript of the terms is provided below)
  3. Get a clear 'Yes' from the customer.
  4. Make sure the customer understands that all international roaming charges are on top of the normal mobile inclusions and are charge at a higher rate (check rates here https://www.spintel.net.au/roaming).
  5. Reiterate important points of the terms, activate it via My Account.
