Service Status Descriptions

Please see below for a list of Service Status Descriptions:

 

New/UnprovisionedNew is a service which has just been ordered by the customer but no provisioning work has taken place. Charges are not active.
In Progress Provisioning work has begun on the service and orders with wholesale providers have been placed. Charges are not active
On Hold Order is either on hold until a future date or a requires manual provisioning work on a future date.
Active Provisioning is complete and service is working.  Charges are active
Deleted/Closed Previously active service has had its charges end dated and service has been cut off.
Cancelled Service cancelled during ordering process. This status is not to be confused with “Deleted/Closed”
Suspended No access to services. Only access to essential services. e.g. 000 (Used for credit management)
Relocated Service has been disconnected and connected at new premises
