Billing Enquiry

If you have a billing enquiry and you can’t find your answer using our knowledgebase, you can lodge a billing enquiry in My Account.

  1. Click 'Customers', then 'My Account' in the top right.
  2. Login to My Account with your username and password.
  3. Click 'View Bills' in the lower right menu
  4. Click 'Billing Enquiry' in the upper right of the page

We aim to reply within 2 working days, but it’s generally a lot quicker than that.
