If you have a billing enquiry and you can’t find your answer using our knowledgebase, you can lodge a billing enquiry in My Account.
- Click 'Customers', then 'My Account' in the top right.
- Login to My Account with your username and password.
- Click 'View Bills' in the lower right menu
- Click 'Billing Enquiry' in the upper right of the page
We aim to reply within 2 working days, but it’s generally a lot quicker than that.
