Payment Extensions

SpinTel understands that sometimes you just need a few more days to pay your bill.

If you would like to request a payment extension, you can do so by logging into My Account, clicking 'View Bills' in the lower menu, then following the extension prompts.

  1. Visit
  2. Click 'My Account' in the top right.
  3. Login to My Account with your username and password.
  4. Click 'View Bills' in the lower menu.
  5. Click 'Request Payment Extension' and follow the prompts.

Please note, extension is only available when you have an outstanding balance.
