SpinTel understands that sometimes you just need a few more days to pay your bill.
If you would like to request a payment extension, you can do so by logging into My Account, clicking 'View Bills' in the lower menu, then following the extension prompts.
- Visit spintel.net.au
- Click 'My Account' in the top right.
- Login to My Account with your username and password.
- Click 'View Bills' in the lower menu.
- Click 'Request Payment Extension' and follow the prompts.
Please note, extension is only available when you have an outstanding balance.
