Pay My Bill

If a direct debit or credit card payment has failed, you may be required to make a once off manual payment.

To make a manual payment online please follow these steps;

  1. Visit spintel.net.au
  2. Click 'Pay My Bill' in the top right.
  3. Submit your payment details.

Alternatively, manual payments can be submitted from within My Account by following these steps;

  1. Visit spintel.net.au
  2. Click 'My Account' in the top right.
  3. Login to My Account with your username and password.
  4. Where your balance appears on the login page, click 'Pay Now'
  5. Submit your payment details.

If the above fails, you can also call our automated payment system on 1300 899 449 and follow the prompts.
