If you wish to dispute an item from your bill please log a billing enquiry in My Account, or call on 1300 303 375.
1. Log in to My Account
2. Go to Manage my Account at the bottom left side and select View Bills
3. Click Billing Enquiry and type in your enquiry
We'll respond to your enquiry in 2-3 business days.
