Can I Move My Account To Another Address?

SpinTel tries to take the hassle out of moving by offering both online and over the phone relocation solutions.

If you are happy with your current plan and service, please login to My Account and follow the links to relocate your service to a new address.

However, if you would like to upgrade your plan, or change to a new service, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1300 303 375.

Please remember, the more notice we have to move your service, the more likely we are of having everything ready by your move date. Broadband and phone line installations can sometimes take several business days, so it’s worth contacting us as soon as your move is confirmed so we can make things as hassle free as possible.
