Existing customers wanting additional services can do so by either signing up on our website, or by contacting our customer service team on 1300 303 375.
To add a new service online you will need to enter your existing username and password on the first page of the order form, please note, that not all sign ups currently have this option.
Note: Sample below shows how to add Mobile service
1. Visit spintel.net.au and click on Mobile plans.
2. Click Buy Now on the plan selected.
3. Enter email address and click Proceed to New Checkout.
Note: System will identify whether a new customer or existing customer is signing up for the service base on the email address provided.
4. Enter the necessary details in the secure check out page then, submit the order.
Click the highlighted button in the image if you wish to order more than 1 sim on the same plan.
