Can I Change My Plan?

Existing customers wanting to change their plan can do so by either by logging into My Account, or by contacting our customer service team on 1300 303 375.

Please note that some users on older plans, or unsupported products, may need to contact us via phone in order to change their plan.

If you are unable to find a plan that suits your needs, please contact us via phone, our agents will do all that they can to find a suitable plan, just for you.
