These changes followed NBN Co’s annual wholesale pricing update, which took effect from 1 July 2026.
The table below shows the changes to the standard monthly prices of the affected SpinTel nbn plans.

These changes apply to the standard monthly plan price and took effect from the first billing cycle on or after 1 July 2026.
Each year, NBN Co reviews and updates the wholesale prices charged to internet providers for access to the national broadband network.
Following NBN Co’s annual wholesale pricing update, we reviewed our pricing and made targeted adjustments across selected speed tiers.
These adjustments support the continued delivery of our products and services while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers expect.

If your plan was affected, the updated monthly price was automatically applied from your first billing cycle on or after 1 July 2026.
If your current plan no longer suits your needs, you can change to another available plan at no cost.
You can view the plans available to you by logging in to My Account.
If you have a promotional discount, the discount will continue until your promotional period expires.
