You'll generally receive your first bill when your service is activated. It will contain any set up and other one-off charges such as modem charges, as well as a pro-rata charge till the end of the billing period.

Your second bill will contain a full month's charge for your services and will generally be received about the same time each month. You can read more about our billing here.

All of our products are covered by SpinTel's Standard Form of Agreement and are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

  • Prices displayed on this page include GST.
  • Payment options include direct debit from a nominated savings, cheque or credit card account.
  • A New Development Charge of $300 inc. GST applies to all NBN services if deemed by the NBN Co as a new development. We'll contact you if your premises is deemed a new development, and you can choose to pay and proceed with your order.
  • Service is billed monthly in advance.
  • Service is not available in all areas.
  • The plan is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
  • If requested, your service will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • In most cases, you can retain your current landline telephone number.
  • Connection times vary depending on the pre-provisioning steps nbn has already carried out for your premises. Once the order has been submitted, we will inform you of the installation date.
  • 39¢ call connection charge applies to timed calls and is in addition to International Special or max cost call rates.
  • Timed calls are billed in 60-second increments.
  • The Top 50 International Special is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Home phone features available may differ from your current provider. A list of home phone features is displayed here.
  • The SpinTel NBN phone service does not support calls to 19/1900, 0500 and Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN).
  • If applicable, an early termination fee of $99 pro-rata applies to the home phone service should you cancel within your contract term.
  • If applicable, an early termination fee of $99 pro-rata applies to the broadband service should you cancel within your contract term.
  • Promotional contract credit may be withdrawn if the service is terminated early.
  • Promotional offers are only available to new customers connecting to an eligible service for the first time and not available to customers with an existing SpinTel NBN service. It is only available once per customer per premises.
  • You may lose, or we may modify the promotional discounts if you change your plan during the promotional period.
  • You may change plans at any time during your contract.
  • There is no charge to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Data usage is counted in gigabytes, where 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1000 megabytes (MB).
  • Unused download data is forfeited at the end of each billing month.
