You'll generally receive your first bill when your service is activated. It will contain any set up and other one-off charges such as modem charges, as well as a pro-rata charge till the end of the billing period.

Your second bill will contain a full month's charge for your services and will generally be received about the same time each month. You can read more about our billing here.


All of our products are covered by SpinTel's Standard Form of Agreement and are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

  • Prices displayed on this page include GST.
  • Fixed Wireless is priced at $10.00 for 25Mbit and $20.00 for 50Mbit.
  • Payment options include direct debit from a nominated savings, cheque or credit card account.
  • A New Development Charge of $300 inc. GST is applicable to all NBN services if so deemed by the NBN Co as a new development. During the provisioning process you will be informed by SpinTel if you your premises is deemed a new development and you can choose to proceed with your order.
  • Service is billed monthly in advance.
  • Service is not available in all areas.
  • Plan is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
  • 30 days' notice is required for cancellation of services.
  • In most cases you are able to retain your current landline telephone number.
  • Connection times vary depending on the pre-provisioning steps that have already been carried out by NBN Co for your premises. Once the order has been submitted we will contact you to advise you of the installation date.
  • 39¢ call connection charge applies to timed calls and is in addition to International Special or max cost call rates.
  • Timed calls are billed in 60 second increments.
  • Both the NBN Broadband and NBN Phone services will be contracted for the elected term.
  • The Top 50 International Special is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Home phone features available may differ from your current provider. A list of home phone features is displayed here.
  • Calls to 13 & 1300 numbers are charged at 40¢ per call.
  • The SpinTel NBN Voice service does not support calls to 19/1900, 0500 and Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN).
  • An early termination fee of $99 pro-rata applies to the home phone service should you cancel within your contract term.
  • An early termination fee of $99 pro-rata applies to the broadband service should you cancel within your contract term.
  • Promotional contract credit may be withdrawn if the service is terminated early.
  • You may change plans at any time during your contract.
  • There is no charge to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Service connection time is between three and 14 working days. If you currently have an active service, in most cases you can continue to use it without service interruption.
  • Upload data is un-metered.
  • Data usage is counted in gigabytes where 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1000 megabytes (MB).
  • Unused download data is forfeited at the end of each billing month.
  • Should you transfer your home phone to another provider within your contract period, your broadband monthly access fee will be changed to the monthly bundled rate.
  • If you choose not to have Auto Data Blocks on your service your speed will be shaped to 256Kbps once you exceed your allocated data limit.
