Phone number: Your sip number (XXXXXX)

Phone number: Your PBX extension number (XXX)

2. Under the tab "SIP" (Session Initiation Protocol):

Primary SIP Server: voip.syd.spintel.net.au

SIP Username: Your sip number (XXXXXX)

SIP Password: Your sip-number password

Local Domain Name: voip.syd.spintel.net.au

Primary SIP Server: yyyyyy-pbx.cust.spintel.net.au (yyyyyy=customer code)

SIP Username: Your PBX extension (XXX)

SIP Password: Your PBX extension password

Local Domain Name: yyyyyy-pbx.cust.spintel.net.au (yyyyyy=customer code)

Contact Number	Contact number starts with area code.
State	Please fill out this field.
Callback Time	We will call you as close to your callback time as possible
Name	Please fill out this field.
Email	Please enter a valid email.
