Frequently Asked Questions

International calling is off until you turn it on.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select the mobile service and click Manage Service.
  3. Under Service Management, click Change service settings.
  4. Turn on Outgoing Calls to International & Premium Numbers such as 19XX.
  5. Click Update Settings.

My Account shows a confirmation once the change is saved. Read the terms before you use the feature.

  1. Dial the exit code. Use + or 0011.
  2. Dial the country code.
  3. Dial the phone number, including the area code. Drop the first 0 if the area code or number starts with 0.

A call to London looks like +44 20 7946 0904 or 0011 44 20 7946 0904. If the handset has no + key, use 0011.

Rates change by country. Use the list on this page. You will pay a per-minute rate plus a flagfall. Calls can cost a lot, so check the rate before you dial.

Check the plan Critical Information Summary. Some plans include international call credit. Calls above that credit are charged at the rates on this page.
