What makes our bundles flexible?

We’ve called our bundles ‘flexible’ because you get to pick from four broadband data options and four phone call options and you can combine the two options that best suit your needs into one personalised bundle – this means you’ll never have to pay for what you don’t need. Like to talk? Then go for the XL phone option. Don’t use that much data? Then combine your XL phone option with the S broadband data option of 40GB. If 40GB turns out not to be enough and you reach 100% of your data limit, we’ll automatically bump you up to the next size.

To start creating your flexible bundle, select your preferred combination of data and phone options from our S, M, L or XL columns. Take a look at the most popular combinations selected by SpinTel customers, which have been highlighted in the table above.


What does bumping mean?

Bumping applies to the broadband data options and simply means that we’ll automatically move you to the next size up when you reach 100% of your data. So if 40GB was quickly used up, we’ll bump you up to 100GB. Easy.

As an added bonus, if you’re bumped up part-way through a billing month, you’ll get to enjoy the new full amount of data. So if you’re bumped up from 200GB to Unlimited halfway through the month, you’ll instantly have access to the full Unlimited for the rest of that month. Yay!

Bumping up continues in this way until you reach the XL option of Broadband data.



What’s so good about bumping?

Fed up with having your data shaped at a slower speed when you reach your data limit? That’s where bumping comes in. How? Because you’re automatically bumped up to the next data limit when you reach 100%, you won’t have to put up with slow speeds anymore. Phew!



Can I choose my contract?

Yes, we offer two contract options. A 12-month contract, or a 24-month contract that includes a free modem or $25 credit.


How easy is it to connect with SpinTel?

It couldn’t be easier. Choose your bundle and we will let you know when your service will be activated. All work is carried out remotely, so there’s no need for you to be at home. If you are ordering a modem from us, it will arrive preconfigured for our network before your service is activated. All you need to do is plug it in! If you already have a modem, we will send you your login details before your service is activated. You will be notified by email and SMS when your service has been activated.





Can I keep my telephone number?

Yes. You can keep your existing landline telephone number when transferring to SpinTel.




Can I upgrade my own bundle?

Anytime! You can choose to upgrade your bundle even while under contract, and it’s free of charge. Simply log into My Account, our 24-hour customer service portal, and with a few clicks you can upgrade your bundle.
