What makes our bundles flexible?
We’ve called our bundles ‘flexible’ because you get to pick from three broadband options and three phone call options and you can combine the two options that best suit your needs into one personalised bundle – this means you’ll never have to pay for what you don’t need.
Like to talk? Then go for the Unlimited Phone option. Don’t use that much data? Then combine your Unlimited Phone option with a lower broadband option and if it turns out not to be enough and you reach 100% of your data limit, we add a data-block so you maintain a fast internet connection.

What are Auto Data Blocks?
Reached your broadband data limit? This is where auto data blocks come in. So if you go over your data limit from time to time, we will automatically top it up by 10GB at nominal rate of $3 (Urban)/ $5 (Metro/Regional) each time. This gives you flexibility without having to upgrade to a more expensive plan. You can choose to deselect this feature at sign-up or at a later stage by using our 24-hour customer service portal ‘My Account’ on the SpinTel website.
Why Urban, Metro or Regional?
Once we know what telephone exchange you’re in, our system automatically displays a range of bundles labelled either Urban, Metro or Regional, which are priced according to the relevant wholesaler - Telstra or Optus.
Urban – Bundles available on the Optus exchange
Metro – Bundles available on the Telstra metropolitan exchange
Regional – Bundles available on Telstra regional exchange
How easy is it to connect with SpinTel?
It couldn’t be easier. Choose your bundle and we will let you know when your service will be activated. All work is carried out remotely, so there’s no need for you to be at home. If you are ordering a modem from us, it will arrive preconfigured for our network before your service is activated. All you need to do is plug it in! If you already have a modem, we will send you your login details before your service is activated. You will be notified by email and SMS when your service has been activated.
Can I keep my telephone number?
Yes. You can keep your existing landline telephone number when transferring to SpinTel.
Will I be notified once I reach my included data limit?
We'll notify you at 50%, 85% and 100% of your included data allowance, so you'll know how you're tracking.
Can I upgrade my bundle options?
Anytime! You can choose to upgrade your bundle even while under contract, and it’s free of charge. Simply log into My Account, our 24-hour customer service portal, and with a few clicks you can upgrade your bundle.
How much data will I need on my broadband plan?
